Interesting. Have you heard anything about algae to bio-diesel yet? That seems really promising, since it's a two-fer; consumes CO2 and produces fuel.

I have not read about the algae, but sounds similar to the fungus deal.
Looks like people are researching all kinds of things.
Someone is bound to figure out a substitute for natural oil that suits everyone.
