Power Service fuel conditioner

I used Power Service in my 2000 Dodge with the Cimmins. I am thinking about using it in my 2006. Is there any wait time before starting? I have about 2000 miles now. Is it needed for lubrication with the new low sulphur fuel? A friend who works for BP says they already put conditoner in the fuel.

Thanks for your help

Can't hurt. I think your friend is talking like mass distribution additives such as anti-algae or whatever they put it when they blend.

How'd you get ahold of the new Cimmins?

Thanks for catching it.

Recall

I went to wally world to buy some and they wouldn't sell it to me. They said there was a recall on it but didn't have any info as to why. I told them they need to take the other 50 cases off the shelf if nobody can buy it and they got right on it. I still don't know why it is being recalled.

Seems that the product labeling is what caused Wal-Mart to stop selling, not the product itself.

Check this post for explanation from Power Service.

I have PS in my 06' from the first fill up and never looked back. I now have 5000 miles and counting. So far so good.
