Ive had good luck with an appleseed reactor, pumping dry air through hot oil via the port used for the mehtanol at the bottom. I recovered a glass of water from 55gal of 'dry' biodiesel. WVO is a little more difficult but still possible.
You want to heat that oil with a kit before it goes into your IP. Do some reading also on greasecar.com. We are in the process of installing a greasecar kit on our 93 1 ton. Your also going to need a flat plate heat exchanger. We used a 30 plate.
If you don't want to convert your truck, you need to convert your WVO into biodiesel and an Appleseed processor is what your looking at getting.

I run heated pickup, vormax heated filter, heated HIH lines and a flat plate heat exchanger and I still only see 150F after 30min of driving. Doesnt seem to do much more even if ive got the coolant at 180F. I suspect this is to do with the volume of fuel moving to the tank unused and I dont want to run a fuel loop for purge reasons. I might wire in some electrical heat on the injector lines. just doesnt seem hot enough to be safe.
You can get pre-made heaters from fattywagons.com I think.. or you can do the math and use nichrome wire and some high heat insulating tape like fiberglass, silicone or kapton.
