Put an add in craigslist , or bring to MN. I'l take it .
You'll here all the , burn it in truck / get dipped / get fined , red dye .
I'm sure some one in the area is still got an oil furnace or some off road [ farmer / equipment - back hoe ect. ] could use it .
If you flush with money donate it to someone , or get some extra money for truck .

Know any farmers? Say you are doing some work for them and in exchange they are letting you use their fuel.
What part of Western PA do you live in?
I've never heard of anyone getting dipped around here.

If your uncle owns a farm, no doubt in my mind that it would.
I doubt you would ever get bothered anyway unless you were doing something illegal to begin with.

The tax man has equipment that is sensitive enough to detect offroad fuel in your tank after you have run five full tanks of highway fuel through your vehicle.
If your offroad fuel has red dye in it I would think about that quite a while before I did it.The farmer story would not work in my area and we have plenty of farms around here.Environmental protection is not the only agency that you have to watch out for.Ron G
