Is there a good additive to add to diesel fuel to clean injectors as you drive, without removing them?
I heard Marvel Mystery Oil is a good solution.....thoughts?

The best cleaner , lube in my experience would be bio-diesel at 20% added to reg. diesel , its so good that its the only product that requires you to carry a 2nd fuel filter because it is going to put all that stuff into the filter & plug it , then everything after the filter should pass , but the injectors I think are the smallest hole for the crud to pass through , using one of these products should be used in every tankful to lube & prevent problems .
The use of Marvel oil is not so much a cleaner as just a lube , used by some who want to make there own brew of additives .

 

It's ironic you mention bio diesel.
I run B100 in the truck, I have an old diesel engine in my sailboat and want to avoid biodiesel due to the age of the engine.
I will look at the ones you mentioned, thanks for the input.
