Ugh.. ok. I would contact the owner of that station immediately and hold on to your receipts.
Have your tank pumped out and refilled and change your filter asap.
Looks to me like hes sold you water. probably a leaky underground storage tank.
Dont run on this fuel.. water can cause major fuel system damage. You may want to have a mechanic check things out for you and document it.
