Centrifuge pump whining and airating fluid!!!

I have a setup like sunwzards except the heaters are on the suction side and I'm not sure if this is where I'm getting air pockets inside the 1 1/4 pipe or if the pump is no good.
I may have to move the heaters to the pressure side. The noise is unbearable and the pressure keeps surging. I'm using the small dieselcraft and a 2hp 1750rpm motor turning a 90's mitsubishi montero p/s pump. Any suggestions would be welcome . I'm running this into a 93 dodge w250. Thanks.

Just remade the heater side and used it on the pressure side No more whinning works like a champ(except for a couple of small leaks at the water heater elements. 90psi at 150 deg F took about 5 minutes for 3 gallons of wmo.
