Biodiesel production question

Any of you guys that make biodiesel even have an incomplete reaction due to a pump cutting out? Im assuming the bottom of my reactor is all goop.. Im going to try re-heating and re-pumping it in the hopes the reaction continues.
Anyone done this before?

first, is the goop black? and if so how much, 1gal ect. 2nd,how much bio are you trying to make? if the goop is tanish barf looking it's probably soap. if so,remove the soap first, then re test the oil thats still in the reactor. you will have a new titrant amount this time[ should be lower] then reprocess the oil again to get the expected glycerin out, ie.40gals of oil= 6 gals of glycerin
if you need more info on amounts of glycerin, titrant readings ect. cont. me

Got about 9 gallons of crud off the bottom and a gallon of something lighter than the original oil I used. Not sure what to do with it next since it seems partially reacted
Actually.. I may heat/settle/filter whats in the reactor and use it as I would veggie oil since I have the conversion installed. Its just kind of cold to be using just yet
