Actual thermal efficiency is around 35 to 40% when cruising steady state.

If we knew this and graphed it out, then all we would need to do is match up a system to cover those needs for the best results and we could also end the argument about whether it works or not. I already know that it will work based on chemistry and what happens during combustion, what I don't know is how well?

I also know that it will cost some energy to make the hydrogen, the question is how much will it cost in relation to the slight gain we might make.

Remember that internal combustion engines when cruising down the hwy at light throttle are only about 6-10 percent efficient in relation to the amount of fuel (btu's) burned and if we get a 20-30% gain the that's only 20-30% of the original 6-10% efficiency we started with.
There is no debate on weather hydrogen improves fuel mileage. The debate is weather hydrogen can be produced efficiently by the engine in order to provide it to increase fuel mileage. What would your experiment prove......a given

The discussion about HHO (Hydrogen). Go to Ad removed it will explain hho.
Yes it does ad fuel economy. Yes it cleans up to 80% of your carbon from the engine and gives it new life. Increases your bottom end power about 20%. Many good things.
Someone wrote that it takes power from the engine to make system work. Making these system work (if done properly) takes negative amount of amp draw from your alternator. Hoped this helped.

With negative amps from the alternator, does that mean it makes amps??

For a first post it looks like your advertising and also have no idea how the underlying physics work.

Well goose the ball is in your court as your second post did not enlighten anyone. Come on and give us YOUR first hand expertise on the subject. I am sure we can help you to understand.

I did not mean anything like what you suggest. I was really saying that it takes a small amount of amps from the alternator to run a hho unit.
What exactly do you want to hear? It would take quite awhile to explain the whole process. As far as Cummins 5.9 or 6.7 it works when installed properly.

Well there are almost 600 posts and 62,000 views on this thread. I think this horse has been beaten but if you really think that you have a fresh point of view that will work then post away. Just linking to a sales site is really poor form since they are not sponsors of this site.

Read the web site it explains the hho units and how they work. If your just looking for an argument try someone else. All I was doing was to try to help. I'm not hear to argue with someone who obviously has nothing else to do. I won't bother you or the others. Sorry for wasting my time as well as yours.
Good bye and good luck.
