Coming soon
Banks non I/C truck I/C kit. I also just ordered a GDS 60mm upgrade kit to be installed when the kit gets installed. I had a buddy at work powder coat the intake and both tubes. They had a ton of scale on the inside of the pipes so he bead blasted then powder coated both outside and inside for a clean look and excellent flow. I didnt bother the I/C itself but might do a light polish to make it shine

No not yet. I just purchased a clean low mileage 2005 3500 for the long camping vacation trips my wife and I plan to take this spring/summer and long WVU road game trips.

It is the proper red color to fit in with the rest of your Mopar fleet!

Oliver you know me. I love my women blonde and my trucks red
I have had this truck for less than two weeks and I have already changed the chrome grille for a nice Flame Red and have just ordered a RH front bumper. I ordered 5" DE exhaust and a 5" billscustom stage 4 intake for it. A RH rear bumper, RH headache rack, nice black toolbox, and a reese titan class v 18k hitch will finish it off for me.

Well guys I have been enjoying my RC. Its served its purpose hauling 5 or 6 adults and all the tailgating gear you could think of. I recently installed a set of POD's and today I installed a used Banks I/C kit for a non I/C motor and a brand new GDS 60mm compressor upgrade. It required a lot of trimming of the lower front valance and the lower grille. It got over 90 degrees here in the great state of WV. So even not taking a break it took me all of 9am to 3pm. I didnt even pee. Sweated it all out. For some reason the RPM at idle was low after the install so I had to adjust the idle up from around 500rpm's to 800rpms. It runs awesome though. I am going to be ordering a ASA Modifieds CAI tonight. I WANT TO HEAR THAT TURBO WHISTLE
Here are a few pics.

Looks good. Mine is under its own power, I just need to finish a bunch of little stuff and some body work.
I have no idea why you would be sweating, its only been 90+ degrees around here with about 95% humidity for the last week. Weather like this is hard on my beer fridge.

Wow! This is excellent motivation for my own RC project(s).

I'm slowly gutting a non-IC donor for my '84 RC 2wd... and later the wife's '90 RC 4x4 may get the same treatment.

B, this week dad has put me to work. Mon I stripped and then removed the cab on a 93 he purchased from upstate NY. I I then wire wheeled the frame and painted it. Then I installed a pretty clean 90 ex-Navy cab we picked up last fall. Its as base as they came so once I got it installed with new Energy suspension mounts and then totally stripped it. On Weds I installed my Banks kit to give my dad a break out of the heat. He close to 70 now and even though he tries his best to help it really isnt much. I am just happy spending time with him. Well today I had to patch two small holes in the floor. Then I painted the entire floor black to seal it up. Hopefully tomorrow I can start installing the wiring, clutch slave mount, dash, peddles, and so forth. Man sometimes it sucks living in the rustbelt. If it wasnt so far away from Morgantown I would move to South Carolina.

That clean RC you have is still one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I did find a absolutely gorgeous 92 Canyon Sport like mine without the rust and still in its 1/2ton running gear in Hagerstown for $12k.

Slow, never lose focus of the prize. I bought parts for 4yrs before I ever started the project. Hearing my wife say those same few words everytime I bought something. "Are you ever going to use it" She said it when I bought the axles and the donor truck for the motor and certain items. I think her constant banter was the final straw. I think I actually started on it just to shut her up.

Looking great! I know how you feel about amassing parts long before you need them. I have a garage, attic and shed full of stuff I will "eventually" use...even starting to trickle into the house proper now............

Cows I think its something in Mopar peoples DNA to buy and store parts like a squirel and his nuts, LOL. I cant help it. I think its because unlike Fords and Chevys you cant open a cataloge or buy what you need right off line. You have to look, search, and find it. Daddy always said if it comes easy it probably isnt worth much. ;-)

If that's the case, I've had the DNA the whole time - but after playing with Chevs and Fords, the strategy works definitely works best with Mopars!
