conversion cummins to ford with a dodge cab

well i'm starting my conversion.which is strecthing a 85 ford cab and chasis 4x4 duallly and putting a 82 dodge crew cab on thatand putting a cummins in that. i have the frame and the cab -1 rear door (drivers side) and i have the 92 cummins with a getrag plus i just bought a industrial cummnins core(has a bad crank and no water pump) rated at 152HP with no afc on the pump.

so i need to find a water pump, whats a good place to find one? and what should i expect to pay?
i also read that there is an upgraded heater core for these 92 dodge trucks? if so where do i find one?
would it be better to run the industrail injection pump? also the 92 has upgraded injectors but i dont know what they are.

Sounds like a good project, but if you weren't going to 4x4 I'd stay with the dodge crewcab chassis. Inspect it when you get the chassis off, it is very beefy

Most any parts store can sell you a water pump.

Don't use the industrial injection pump.

what is different about the industrial injection pump/why shouldn't i use it? just woundering, i will use the stock cummins one.

i would even stick with the dodge frame if i had wider runing gear.

Aftermarket heater cores are thicker than stock and put out more heat than the stock one.
