Clocking a turbo

Hey guys...

I swapped my 12v manifold out for one off of a common rail, and I need to clock my turbo. It doesnt need to turn TOO far, but I just want to make sure the oil is flowing good. So far ive soaked it with wd40 for a few nights, no luck...also tried throwing some heat to it and tried getting some candle wax in there, also no luck.

Anyone out there have any tips?
