I'm at a crossroads- I've put alot of money into both my 95 4x4's (1 gas & the other diesel), & have a guy that will do a swap for me for $1000. I'd put the diesel into my ext cab, & make the reg cab a gasser. Also thought about just selling (prob at a loss) & buying an ext cab cummins. After all the $$ I put into them, if I sell them I'd prob end up with another cummins that needs work done similar to what I just completed in my own trucks.
Ya think its more feasible to swap what I got or sell them & get another cummins thats already an ext cab that'll prob have more miles & need work?

KEEP IT, your be ahead of the game, knowing whats wrong with your trucks. Not so much with a new one. For 1,000 i'd jump on that. If you know hes good at his job.
