That rear bench looks sweet!! What are those seats out of? What did you do to make them fit as far as mounting them to the cab floor?

If you look closely they are out of a newer Ford Harley Davidson edition

Yes they are out of 2006 Ford F-350 Harley edition, I think the F-150 ones are similar but really only searched for Super Duty seats as they have the heated seat buttons right on the seats vs the dash. On the front seats, used 2" square tubing to space the seat frame from the seat body to make up for the Dodge having a flat floor vs the raised in the Ford. The plastic trim will cover the spacer. Made new brackets for the front seat mounts and remolded the trans tunnel for the passenger side bucket to fit in. Biggest problem was the Dodge cab is 2.25" narrower then the Ford so I left the console 1.375" lower then Ford had it and squeezed the seats into the console. (The console is beveled on both sides)

On the rear was able to use the Ford mounts and then made new brackets for the front of the seat. I took the tool tray out and modified it to be a 1" smaller when unfolded so i can use that if ever want too.

Still need to figure out the seatbelts... hoping to use the Ford belts and tensioners

Thanks for the info gyman98, I haven't decided exactly what seats I want to use in mine and I was thinking about some 2012 seats out of a Dodge, but the ones you are using out of a Ford are really nice looking.

4th gen heated/ventilated seats would be the ticket! Just looked at my 2011 and the front seats would need to be modified similar to what I did with the ford seats but the rear bench would be easier. I should of also noted that I set the rear seats higher then the front the way the new trucks are to allow rear passengers visibility.

Good info again thanks! I haven't taken time to scope a new Dodge Ram so it's nice to know they are a viable option.

No problem, if you need any other info let me know. I can park both side by side and compare anything you need.

Modified the tail lights with some additional led lights, installed the new power mirrors and was able to get all the Ford seat belt hardware to work!

The box is coming along nicely, rear window in. Frame under cab and cab floor sanded and rust checked, ready for undercoating. All the original seat holes are welded shut as well as the seat belt holes I won't be using and then coated with a sound treatment
