south bend dual disk is hard to beat. lots of guys run them they seem to hold up really well. around a 3250 plate load double d would be good for you. I can tell you from personal experience that LUK clutches are a joke I know first hand

Haisley street puller is my vote! little bit more expensive but worth it.

I tow all the time and the SB DD 3600w/12 ceramic buttons works great. Just a little more petal pressure then stock. If you sled pull at all DD is the only way to go.
I also tried a Luk clutch and it was a Joke.

My vote goes to SB. I sold my pickup to a guy and he had some problems with the the clutch (SB DD). Now this clutch is ~3 years old, has/had 40K on it. He called me, I told him to call peter and be 100% honest and tell him what is going on. Peter set him up with a brand new clutch at no cost. To me that is service. I'm trying to go back to a manual. The first mod I do will be a SB DD. And no, I'm in no way affiliated with SB. I just like the product and the customer service I get with it.

I drove my buddies truck today we both have 05's and he has a g56 with a SB 3850 with upgraded hydros and I have a NV5600 with Haisley street puller with stock hydros. I was happy to get back into my truck after driving his. Mine shifts smoother, engages smoother, and mine doesn't take 30 pounds of pressure to push the pedal down. I would seriously look into a haisley before buying. To bad you couldn't drive both a Haisley and a South Bend.

If haisley made the best clutches for these trucks everyone would be buyin them, plus the customer service that SB has is un-beat-en. And i would put that against anyothere.

I tow often and street drive mine on the weekends at 450 RWHP with my SBC DD 3600 12CB sprung hub with upgraded hydrolics and have yet to have one issue with it. Peter is a great guy and the customer service that he provides is second to none IMHO. I would say that this same clutch would work great for you also, depending on how much you slip the clutch when you are sled pulling.

daily Drive my haisley everyday, I have 15 hooks on it this year. Spent 2 years in a 2.8 truck pushing big horsepower. Never been rebuilt, So in all about 25 hooks and I know Shaun slipped the crap out of it and I have a few times. Dane also has 25 hooks on his Haisley just this year and it's still holding good. Maybe something is wrong with my buddies truck but I am gald I don't have to daily drive it everyday. Customer Service over there is awesome but Haisley has never gave Matt, Dane or anybody else any problems when we have talked to them about these clutches. Just seen to many South Bends burn up in just a few hooks and the 3600 wouldn't be good in my truck i don't think they defiantly haven't lasted in others trucks.

Corey you had a different clutch in your truck at the beginning of the year didn't you? how many hooks did it last before you had to get a different one? Ben's lasted 6 hooks or so and Anthony's was about the same?
