Ok stock clutch is starting to slip time to get looking for a new one. it seems that valair sb and haisley all make about the same clutch or is there really a big differance between them. And wiych one would be best. Im leaning towards 3600dd 12 ceramic button. Is that what I need? I know peter at sb is a good guy had a con fe in my 98 that i pulled a couple a times and tried to pull 4th gear. It welded it self together. Had to wait 2 hours for it to cool so i could shift again. I called peter and he told i had the wrong clutch for pulling. I was confused because that clutch was supposed to handle like 600hp witch i was not neer. thats why i thought it would hold uo for pulling. my stock one lasted longer. Peter sent me a replacement so i know sb has great service but if i can save a few dollars with the same result i will do it.

Call dan down at Valair. Execlent guy to talk with with a he!! of a product that lasts. I had mine in for about 20,000 mi. and over 40 passes down the pulling track and the only reason i got it rebuilt was bc second gear broke in the tranns. 1350$ for a dd for your 3rd gen. You cant beat it!
