Hey guys sorry for posting here but this is something I wanted to share with everyone I can.
My great passion is riding and racing dirtbikes. I'm a club member of the Red River Dirt Riders and our main riding area is at Harris Ranch in Bulcher Tx just North of Muenster,TX.
We generally put on a couple of amateur races per yr but this yr we were aproached by RedBull to put on the ultimate pro class event. This was a couple of months of sweat and tears for our club getting this race set up for the top riders in the world to compete for the title of "The Last Man Standing"
This event will air on Sun. Dec 12 @2:00 Central time on The Speed channel. (Ch 150 on Dishnetwork)

Yea they showed a preview on two wheel tuesday, looks kinda like erzberg but worse. I'll have the dvr set up for it, thanks though for the find.

They interviewed Mike Lafferty after the race. He said it was the toughest event he had ever ridden.
On a scale of 1-10 he gave it a 12.
I know it was the hardest event to put on that we had ever done. I haven't been back out to the trails since cleaning up the day after the event. I spent nearly 2 weeks straight as well as the couple of months of weekends out there marking and remarking trail in preperation.
Lets just say I've been all raced out from this thing but proud of the outcome.

I watched some of it on Two Wheeled Tues and it looked awesome! The rocky step up section took a big toll!

Great job setting up the course.

 

I'll definetly have the DVR set to record it. That race kinda reminds me of the now defunct Blackwater 100.

Still on Sun. though. It airs again on Dec 13 then 2 more times in Jan.
