Yep, and too much will actually hurt the hp or ET if there isn't fuel there.

I can't get through 3 gear changes on the Quad Race without riveting the pyro to 1600*... I'd hate to think what a "lot of fuel" would do!

.... need to unwrap that darn Smarty that's been on my desk for a month

If there is a bottle in the truck...he's considered spraying irregardless. Pull the solenoid lines and the tank and then you're running #2 only. Any nitrous results in lower EGTS than without in a given situation unless you are spraying it in all the wrong places. Times were good. I think in the future more FACTS and less excuses would earn Wade the respect he probably is deserving. Sounds like a good season is building. Wish I didn't have to work for a living this summer. Robert P, I've read some of your post on different subjects associated with diesel performance, here and on other sites. Let me pass along some friendly advice, keep your fingers off the keyboard and your eyes on the screen. In other words don't regurgitate passed along information without first doing some fact checking on your own. People come on these board for accurate information, not someone's uniformed theory. I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination when it comes to these trucks, but I've developed an eye for "wishful wisdom" and you my friend fit the mold to a T. Hope you get my point.
