Almost dead, too many codes 343,237,563,575,113,177,238,117 HELP Please

2002 HO 6 speed. 175k on it. Edge EZ.

Truck has been running fine. Today I almost didn't get to work. Stopped part way here because I thought it was gonna die completely. Got these code by turning the key 3 times. I disconnected the batts for a few minutes and had the key on but that didn't change anything.

ECU
P0343 ESS Voltage Supply Hi
P0237 MAP Sens Voltage Too Low
P0563 Charging Sys Voltage Too Hi
P0575 Cruise Switch Failure (Shorted)
P0113Intake Air Temp Sens Voltage Hi
P0177 Water In Fuel
P0238 MAP Sens Voltage Too Hi
P0117ECT Sens Voltage Too Low

Gauges were doing weird things too.

Now that I have the codes, can somebody help interpret them?

At least I made it to work and I am not stuck on the road somewhere.

Water in fuel light came on and the cruise control light up together. Then the temp almost pegged. It wasn't over heating, hose was just warm.

Kind of acts like a misfire. It starts to go and stumbles then may take off or almost die. Cuts out at high or low rpm but didn't stall.

This sounds like the beginnings of a the ECM going out...voltages bouncing around, affecting all the items that run the fuel/air mix ratio...

Not saying that's it, but sounds like it.

Sitting 5 hrs without the batts hooked up didn't help.
Disconnect the Edge too but no help.

Sounds like it may be ECM related. However, you may want to clean the battery terminals, cable ends...including all grounds that connect to the body as well with a wire brush in order to rule out a loose or corroded connection.

Im going through similar as you are SSV with my 2002 auto I have edge attitude which I completely disconnected it from truck, replaced batteries, coolant temp sensor, intake heater relay, checked sensors, checked connections. my codes were related to low voltage to most of engine sensors plus a P0606 which is an ECM failure. Mine also says overheating 240* temp gauge and bounces around and truck performs like its in limp mode, starts and idles fine but no power acceleration. Im on the fence with sending it in to get fixed or someones coming to look at it tonight to trade for a 96 12 valve 3500. good luck and if I figure it out ill let you know or if you do let me know. thanks
Josh
BTW dealer wants 1300 for ecm, schieds diesel wants 1200 and huksdorf diesel in Milwaukee Wisconsin told me between 900-1000 so shop around Or if you find someone better price and can get it fast let me know thanks

What is the likelihood of bad grounds as he lives in the rust belt?

Are there any more diagnostics a guy could do without a scanner?

SSV...does it throw the same codes after you have disconnected the batteries?

Mine idles but it seems to be hunting for the right rpm - surging I guess would describe it.

Same codes after sitting. The check engine lite comes on now too. Water in fuel comes the same time the cruise control light comes on. Sometimes the check gauges light comes on. Temp gauge goes to max in steps even when the engine is cold. It was 27 this AM and 35 tonight, didn't make any difference.

I had it towed home from work. I tried to drive it but after about 5 blocks I didn't think I could make the next 10 miles.

I'll keep this thread up to date. It will be a couple days before I try to work on it. I'll start checing all the grounds I can find.

are your connectors loose at all? have you tried wiggling them to see if you lose codes depending on how the cables shifted? the second gens seem really touchy. i once solved a fuel gauge issue by shifting a connector by the fuse box. it mite be a wild goose chase but its still cheaper then a non-returnable ecm
