hey sled pullers
if you pull on pavement, DONT DO IT! however, if you are on dirt, you should be spinning your tires anyways, so whats it matter if your rears spin a little faster than your fronts? just make sure to take it out of 4 wheel drive before you head home!

Have you thought about trying a 3/4 ton type rim like Coppess and Schinlaub do and run a 12.50 tire?

the 315's are half woren out, and off ar 3/4 ton ford and i can use them free, and coppes runs diffrent size tires 285s and 33 12.50 16.50 the 315's are just .3 inch taller then the 33
Go for it.
Sounds like it might work well for you.
I was actually thinking of running different tires in the back and more aggressive up front to free up some wheel speed but have since decided against it for the moment.

Could you try single 315's at all four corners? If not , measure the actual difference in tire size - if they're worn enough and your rears are new enough, you might get away with it. More ideal would be 305/70/16's up front with 285/75/16's in back. Or if you go to 35's, then get something lik 35/14.5 fronts and 35/10.50 rears. JMO. Let us know how it works out for you...
