Englishtown street diesel nationals
What a joke I spent more time driving there and back then I did watching the same 15 or so trucks run down the quater mile. The truck show was horrible also I saw the trophies and I am sure they had more trophies than they had trucks. I counted 10 trucks in the show and shine.

sorry for the poor turnout, but it will take people like yourself going and participating and bringing your buddies so all events can be top notch with big turnouts.who put the race on?

best burnout by a first gen --- ME
seriously if anyone was even still there by the burnout competition and happen to capture(video or pics) my ONE-TIRE-ON-FIRE , half track burnout then PLEASE let me know at dbcrossy@verizon.net
My son was supposed to get it but the camera goofed on him.
It was indeed an absolute joke, but we did have a little fun and i never got 12 time runs anywhere else. I got taken out in the first round by a duramax in a REAL drag race where i did everything right, but lost by .006. he was the eventual winner. so bully for him.
I'm glad they didn't have the bikini contest they said they were going to have because Mike said he was going to enter it and there is a mental picture that none of us needed. LOL

Yea that was ours, the single wheel first gen. We did a 300 foot long burnout in the contest and got a trophy ..one truck entered the contest and it was a dmax but you didnt get to the stagin lanes in time so we did our burnout just for pride

I was all set to go but didnt get around to replacing one of my rear wheel studs. Doubt I would have passed tech with only 7 lug nuts holding on one of my rear wheels...
So I didnt miss much?? Anyone take pictures???
also I heard you need a fire jacket if you are running non-stock turbo(s) and they have a 12.00 cage rule? Thats too bad.
not sure if my helmet is snell rated either.
