http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JH2MyyENiXg

PM me for the Saturday pull video--it's a good video but a guy in the background said one word that I can't post on here (unless admin. wants to look and give the OK) it's hard to hear it, but it's on there and I don't want to get in trouble again.

I wus standing in that same area that the vid was shot from,...I noticed someone from the other side of the track, trying to get the attenion of the flagger just as you left the line.

It looked like a sled pull at first but as soon as you hit the bump it kinda had the look of a Motocross straight away. Lucky you didn't bust nutin'

Well after they refused to give me a repull and was a @$$!!! about it I went and loaded up then came back to give them a few thoughts that I had and the sled was broke down for good, So after I found the guy that was running the show he finaly gave us our $$$ but you had to show a Drivers license to get it and he acted like we were taking his $$$. I know I should have looked at the track but I just took it for granted that they were doing there job like they had all night. When I saw it I should have stopped and make them fix it I just tryed to go for the best spot I could find. You can tell when I saw it becouse I truned left to move over.

Well you didn't miss a thing xO,....When the sled broke there was still at least another hour or more (how knows) before the 10500 trucks pulled.

I got my money back, hitched the trailor and took a nap till daylight. Not sure when the welder got the sled fixed (or if he did at all). Your dad and I shot the bull with the welder for almost an hour before the sled broke and I think he was purdy wound up around 2am LOL

After seeing Lynn drag it, I can tell ya that my lil ol' rotary pumped moder ain't gonna cut it!!!......Gonna hafta do sumtin bout that?

I wasn't to upset about not getting to pull until the next morning on the trip back home,....To get my truck down to 10500 I had to give away $150.00 worth of fuel to a few guys, that I had in my farm tank. but that wus my mistake.

Anyhow,..I enjoyed meeting your folk's and BS' with your Dad. My side was sore,....lotta laugh's! Lynn took me around and I shook hands with a lot of local's. Small towns are great as long is I don't live there LOL

There was some Excitement on I-20 just west of hwy 6 Sunday morning. Hope no one needed a tow truck after the pull.....

Truth at Delion

Well after the sled broke for the last time, They got Malcome to get under it and see what he could do. After the sled owners started arguing with him about how to fix it tools started flying and he packed up. The people that did not get to pull and were still there got their money refunded. The pot was divided up 3 ways between Lynn, me, and I believe his name was robert. Im not sure. Nobody else run. we finally quit talkin and goofin off around 5:30 sunday morning. The sled had a new PTO drive installed and one of the gears broke in pieces. There was a new guy running the pulls this year and didnt know what he was doin, he was trying though I will give him that but when the sled started breaking he started gettin ticked.
