Just in forming everyone of the sled pull @ de leon for the peach and melon festival had a great turnout last year would love to see some of you there...

 

I was there last year, it was a great show, but I am not pulling. Definately looking forward to it this year!

 

will be there to pull and probaly break some stuff, hopely have some goodies buy then also

 

i will be there pulling again this year, i will be in my 97 silver dually.

 

There's a few of us from the Waco area headed up.. Don't think anyone is pulling.. but we'll be there to watch you guys break stuff.. haha...

You darn right!!! Ill be there! I always like watching the stock trucks the dealerships bring out and pull!!! I think Dodge won it last year?!?!

 

no, if i remeber right the dodge burned the clutch pretty nicely!?!?!?!

yeah, the Cummins smoked the clutch pretty bad. I think the Ford won the dealership pull last year

 

well ive got my new clutch in and it holds!!! but I need (WANT) some laser dv's pretty darn bad.

I'll hopefully have some before the pull, bu its not a gaurantee

I also am going to bump the timing back up in the mid 20's and see what happens.

i think all the dealers were cheating in the stock truck pull off. the dodge one friday night and smoked the clutch saturay night. but i may be wrong.

 

We are not going to have a truck there.. but what are they using for rules.. heard there is more than one class.. and weight???

I know when I pulled 2 years ago the street diesels could only run stock turbo and no drugs.

not sure on everything yet but ill get more info tomorrow.

it has changed every year i have run it. 10k was the weight to be under the last couple of pulls down there. i know one night it was run what cha'brung. the next night had a class for twin turboed trucks. so who knows what they will do this year.

 

Hey does anybody have a Delivery valve socket that I can use friday before the pull?!?!?!?!?

My laser cut dv's are supposed to be here tomorrow.
