So how do the big boys run? What style of tread do i need? what size tires should i run? i need to know it all. Thanks!

lol my truck, of course

the blocks and the weight bar will be removable, ill run the traction bars (or i could make them easily removable)
the tires would be an extra set. i have a set of stock 3/4 ton wheels i could stick some 305's or 315's on. (or what ever is best)

and i was going to run the HP anyways.

well what class do you want to run dictates what charger you run as well as being aloud to use blocks or weights or water, and for starters pullers use Water not Meth. Get some ladder bars, you can run them all the time without hurting anything tires depends on the track prolly a set or 33' at's. Blocks definitely help

well our rural north arkansas boone county and surrounding counties have only one diesel class. the $30,000 (few and far between here) and the stockers run together. so i dont quite think it matters.

theres a hot ford running around (with BIG $$$!!!) here from lead hill and i really really want to beat him. ive got a couple of buddies with dodges set up about like mine in a round-about way that have stomped him. So its not too hot, but it sure smokes like a train.

so is there some kind of special place that i need to put the ladder bars to the frame? is there some kinda formula that i can use to decide where to put them? or do i just stick them anywhere?

what do you make blocks out of? how tall?

i can run the water/meth mix and nobody will know the difference. ive pulled there once and nobody asked me if i was using an upgraded turbo or drugs.

The weights are allowed. Ive personally seen Pack Mule use them along with several others there.

So theres not that many rules here. just dont kill anybody.

I figured you where going to run a BIG laggy single. Not too good for 40,000#'s o hay.

If you are ever up towards ten. or NC give me a call i would love to see your truck.

My traction bars are pretty long I go from the back of the cross member to the axle. I like them long because I don't run into problems towing 30 800 pound large square bales on a 30' GN trailer
make sure your hitch is at the right heigth.

I mounted mine where the boxed section of the frame starts, but my bars are long as heck.

pics of my bars, bolt the blocks to where your rear bumpstops are, 26" hitch, you may want to go with a 35" tire with 4.10s...i'd pull light your first hook, it will lessen the chance of you breaking something

and on the pulling truck
