I will be there, I also talked to mark with the white dually and he said he will be there if it was rained out on the 22nd. Looks like a dodge will take it again.

Hello all
What time will the trucks start pulling roughly? My wife and I enjoy watching and pulling old tractors too. She maybe stuck at work until mid afternoon tho.
Is there room for a 3500 pulling a 36 foot camper to park? We will be on our way to Del, R I. on the 29th That would be a great place to stop for the night and finish the drive north the following day.

Where do the Dodge Folks hang out?

This sounds great, but the only thing I will be pulling is the 5er this time.

See Ya Chris

It will be a white sport 3500 Dually hooked up to a 36 foot 5th wheel camper, my best guess of our time getting up there would be around 6:00/8:00.

The pit area is off to the left of the starting line if you were looking down the track. There are no restrictions on where you can walk, believe me you will be one of only a handfull of Dodges there, so we'll be easy to spot.

Hello
Thanks Jess and squirlchasr919.

What time roughly do they start pulling trucks?

I talked to my wife tonight and she may have to work longer than we thought.

I am thinking that you folks that live up that way need to pick a weekend and have a bunch of Dodges put on a show for all the folks to see.

Just throwing an idea out there.

See Ya
Chris

Chris, stock trucks start around 11pm or so. Before that is the "National 4x4" trucks, plus tractors and other classes of trucks(2wd, etc). I'd try to be there around 9pm or so, just to make sure, if i were you.

I agree, we all should get together there and have a dodge show-off for the ford boys. Maybe we could work something out around the pull on June 30th(Friday night), at the NTPA pull there. They normally allow stock trucks to pull on the first night. There was only a duramax there last year at the stock pull on the NTPA night that pulled.

I believe if you talk to the owner of the track, I'm sure he would let you stay right there on site overnight. When you get there, you may have to see. If not, maybe some other member can let you camp out in their yard. Which road are you taking through VA, 17 to the line? If I was going home, I'm sure I could find somebody to let you camp out, but I've got to work. Took off all last weekend, and of course it had to rain and ruin my plans .

Lets start thinking about June 30th fellas, and we can post something up in the Chapter section later on towards June.

I'd love to help put on the show, but by that time I should have the twins on my truck and with no billet shafts in the tranny I might just be playing with a short deck, if you know what I mean. I know I should have built the truck the other way, tranny first then motor, but live and learn.
I can't afford 1400$ right now to put the billet input and output shafts on there. Maybe I can sneak them in on my birthday in august, don't tell the wife.
If we need to race some of those boys home I'll be the first one in line though.
