Same here DD. It was sleeting at 0530.
Went to drop Wifey off at work and discovered that my left front tire was flat.
Dropped her off in the 'Cruiser, then dragged out the air tank and filled the tire.
This is the result of "Equal Balance Beads" and the incorrect valve stem cores. >
If you're using the "Beads" make sure the installer uses the cores with screens to keep the beads from getting caught in the core seat area and causing a flat.
I'll be contacting my Tire Man this afternoon.

Gonna take daughter to punch paper today ;D

C-Ya.

Morning folks,
Nothing like spending yesterday afternoon dragging vehicles out of the mud. Had over 50 BIG trucks buried, some to the frame. Got most of them out, but there are people out there this morning still digging.
It's amazing. If you take a Hummer out into an area and it gets stuck, most people wouldn't take anything else out to the same area. Imagine 6 fuel trucks with 7,500 gallons on each following the idiot in the Hummer. IQ's and hat sizes are probably close to being the same. Bet you could get 45,000 gallons of fuel pretty cheap right now.
Now I know why I didn't become an officer.
Oh well, it's Monday.

muddybootsandclothesShortround out

Hey SR, someone probably told them that fuel floats on water.

Top 'o the mornin' all. Narrowly avoided disaster Saturday night. Was up visiting the family in northern sector of Dallas Saturday afternoon/evening when a severe weather alert came on the tube; baseball sized hail approaching from the west, 3 super cells lined up 20 minutes apart. Packed up the grandkids and headed for home (30 miles south of Dallas). After arriving home, first storm had passed my brother's house so I called to see if they were o.k.; everyone was, but the roofs and cars were not. Glad I got the grandkids out of there before it hit. Have a great week everyone.
