Is there a PA in Regina? Mine is just a PA steering wheel puller, use the two bolts out of the intake. I can ship it to you, but it might be cheaper to buy one there than ship it. Mine was $20, and there was a cheaper one, about $8 or so.

I made my steering wheel puller when I was in SAIT, works great! Most steering wheel pullers should work and are cheap.
