I dunno I think the Ford will need lots of spray to get that moving...


I really hope this winter / next season goes better for you kev, you had a ruff year with the race truck. When you do get it back together and running I am sure we can find a charger that will work well for your setup. I am thinking a little larger still then what was posted.

Two S475 configured correctly will out flow a GT5533.

I wonder what got spit out of the exhaust to do that? And should you be pulling the head to check?

Housing is fine. The damage is right by the nozzle ring. The damage happened since it went in as a single, so in about 30 km. I was wondering if it was heat fatigue, since it did see a lot more heat then than it did in a twin set. I'm gonna post on CompD and see what those guys have to say.

Without seeing the turbine disk first hand, my guess is it look to be fod (foreign object damage). The damage doesn't look burnt or melted.

Pricing for the new BW turbos. I guess they are more money than a similar sized garrett.

Nasty kill on the turbo Tate, tuff luck buddy. Looks like the turbine disk started to fall apart. Seen a few GT37 like that at Alamo
