By just changing the GSK, your peak torque will only be at a higher RPM if the 3k started defueling when the torque was still climbing.
QUOTE]

My torque wasn't exactly climbing when the 3k started defueling. It had leveled off at 2750 and was on the way down at 3k. However, I did hit peak hp at 3k. So I was thinkin, if I was able to move that whole torque peak from 2.5K to 3k rpm further along to 2.75-3.25 then I should see peak hp of 433hp. (mathematically). All other things being equal of course. Is this what would happen?

The dyno sheet is in my sig.
Jump in anyone, Mike et al.

I have nothing to add. Well, your truck is starting to de-fuel You need some TLC tweaking to fix. Just bring lots of turbo CFM

You'll fuel harder with a 4k gsk spring. What delivery valves you planning on using? Which pump you have in the truck?

I'm a VP guy for now. As for smoke, you're gonna put up some smoke, just accept it

You can probably count me in as a spectator/photographer/mechanical assistant....

The 12V is down for the count right now anyway.

I think I have 900cfm. Whether that's enough or not we'll see. I just learned B2's can be had at city diesel for 650.00 so twins are becoming more attractive if I can get some help on layout, hint, hint, Mike.....

Us p-pump guys aren't plug and play like you VP guys so bare with us....
We actually have to work for our hp! Just kid'n...
Delivery valves are stock 181's. 215 hp pump, 913 I think, never read the plate....
I think everyone is shooting for a 10 start but I'll be there early workin on injectors. Just made a custom socket for those injectors.

I don't mind some smoke, have yet to see it though! I read 370's smoked lots but mine didn't. MUst be cause I havn't touched the smoke screw and only gave the star wheel a dozen clicks....

I was under the impression the gsk only adds revs not fuel....but can change where in the rev range fuel is added...
S.

I'm newbie P7100 pump guy and still learning whats required to make the big ponies. Twins, are easy. 900 cfm, you'll might need more once Tate gets you dialed in. I like to see how the 370's work vs. aftermarket as I will see a P pump on one of my trucks. I want a fun truck too. Usually someone with a bottle comes the event and just destorys the dyno (aka Kev) make us believers. I want a 1k rwhp daily driver too.

Whats the Kenny got? 15 speed or 18 speed fuller? Cat/Cummins/Detriot? Its been awhile since I ran the gears on a 18 speed. Kan you believe that my neighbor has a 18 wheeler thats totally automatic with a ISX cummins. I had a class one but I have to redo my med test to get the classification back. Not saying that I could drive a truck... I drove B trains for awhile...

Is there enough time during the 3 pulls, to do a stock run, then load the smarty in, the a higher smarty level? Thinking I might come in from Lloydminster, thanks.

Yup, thats me over there. I'm not sure what style of 4k is in the dually, I've never had it out. I was told it was a 4k and it pulls to about 3500 after I loosened it off a bit. I'm running Smokem's 3k kit in the 12v, with just the single gov spring and idle spring. Works well. Touchy throttle with the 140's and lack of springs on the throttle. Jason and Kevin know what I'm talking about.
