6" or so here Sunday, some more again Monday but an east wind to push the previous day's snow around, another inch or so yesterday and snowing again now. I spent Monday night at my parents' place as I couldn't get home again after supper with the drifts-I only have to go a mile but my poor old Grand Cherokee won't go through banks higher than its hood (go figure!). Neighbor between us knocked holes in them yesterday with one of his chore tractors so we could get out again, but they were filling in rapidly last night again. I'll go out after a bit and see if I am snowbound again waiting for the county to come along.....

Still hunting for a front driveshaft or I would have been driving it all winter long. As it sits, it's about as useful as breasts on a bull . I haven't even started it since October so for all I know the batteries are frozen.....

Been doing truck tuning in this snow storm. Been fun. Man, its slippery. Probably the best lanes are the fast lanes. Days like this make me glad that I drive a 4X4 truck with snow tires.
