Nope, no smoke. That's one of the things I would like to check is the compression, and maybe a leak down test to be sure. I'm hoping to roll some new bearings in and maybe a new injection pump, injectors for a power boost, and maybe a lift pump - just because. In my dreams I see a six speed, but I hear there are issues there, not sure though.

Rebearing the NP205 and check to see what kind of shape the gears are in. It would be nice to stay away from a chain drive T/C, do both diffs and there we are - ready for another 1/2 million klicks or so.

I'm going to watch for gatherings to try to hook up with you guys. I'm in High River, so not far from you Calgary area types.

I have no idea what it weighs. Was a fun project. My first time doing ANY body work or paint. Still working out some of the little things. Had to use a ramcharger fuel tank, the original tank wouldn't clear the speedo out put.
Now I've got to find a short in the parking light, only pops the fuse when it rains.
