I would lean on the dealer.. I went to Dodge in Lacombe and got them, full set for $300 and that was over 3 years ago.

I just was wondering, I didn't see all the extra intercooler stuff. Must be low that pressure stuff, seen them used as booster stations.

Looks like a Toromont package. I wandered through one almost identical to that. Was ordered by EnCana and then they cancelled out on it. Super-deluxe...way nicer than anything I had ever ran before.

We have a winner.. LOL... They are pretty whiz bang with all the electronic panel controls. CBM service, about 20 kPa suction, 80-95 E3-M3/day.. Speed increaser too, about 2:1 to 1 so the screw is at 3600..

I saw one of those packages being built when I went through the Toromont fab shop up by the airport a few years back. They look pretty different when they're just a bare skid. The one I saw running was the same-geared to spin the screw faster. It had an oxygen analyzer so suction could theoretically go down into a vacuum . I think they were running it as close to 1 kPa as they could get...

I worked on one a few years back. It was an Enerflex package, it fed the Solar package. Both units are long gone today, BP (Kirby) up at Conklin area. The wells in the area originally had lots of pressure, but as they degraded BP need to install a screw. Lots of pulsation and losts a few screw/centrifugal compressor. It seemed to have issues with stalling/surge. They (vendor) originally worked on both units regularly, after I tweaked them, no compressor issues. I made good money on that project.

Gotta love those "car wash" control panels Tormont uses on some of their screw packages!

Yeah-I'd still be happy to be running them. Way less stuff to go wrong than on that infernal high-speed stuff..... Keep in mind that I worked for CNRL-where stuff that others throw out gets recycled. The Toromont PLC panels are whiz-bangy right up until something goes sideways. Plant close to here has a Collicutt packaged 7042/Ariel that is constantly having trouble with the PLC or transmitters. There is still something to be said for pneumatic controls-I have fixed a few in my time.

yup could be worse... run one of those "CAT" panels! Forgotten how many times they've shut down because of a loose wire... worn a number of screw drivers tightening terminalling screws in those panels.

The newest Cat I ran had an Altronic mag with a Cat timing brain-that was enough of a PITA. It had a Flexiguard panel-surprisingly it gave no troubles. Was actually a decent enough package-EI with their comp. I preferred Waukesha/Ariel for high-speed stuff, although I never was lucky enough to run a GL package, just GSI and GU. Still miss the Ajaxes though.
