I've been looking into exhaust systems. Shipping to Canada is a killer. UPS charges will be $125CAN for Rip's exhaust. This puts it up close to $600 with gifts to the gov. Same thing for an MBRP. I contacted the MBRP factory in Ontario and the guy quoted me $485 CAN ($415US) for a 4" aluminized. I asked him why they're cheaper in the US. He says the dealers can buy bulk and sell cheaper. He doesn't want to get into competition with his dealers. Does anybody know who in Canada I can get a fair price from without paying all these shipping/brokerage charges?

There is also some exhaust shops in Calgary that sell Dynomax, Magnaflo, Flow-pro .....

 

Since Wildcat closed Piers is the only other one I know of.
There out west from you but you wont have to deal with the brokerage.
I found them eazy to deal with. cant hurt to give them a call?

I find their prices a little steep. I got them to set my timing once. They quoted me $75. The bill was $300. They did put a new O/F valve in. Then they tried to sell me some injectors to go along with my plate and gov kit and at the time stock auto. They told me I was going to wreck my injection pump from too high pressures with stock injectors.

Uglytrucks.com has some decent prices. That's the first Canadian vendor I've found where I can actually pay less than if I bought from the US.

 

I just remembered.. I talked to Mark @ DPPI a while back.. he said he'd sell me a exhaust and just have them ship it to me right from the factory.. that may be a solution for you.

Try Campion Diesel in Regina too ......have no Idea on their exhuast prices but they did the R&R on my head when I got it O-ringed.

Unlimited performance in Calgary did the pipes on my 93. Dynomax stuff.

There are many places to price out stuff. Alberta Custom Exhaust in Edmonton was $950 installed (welded) with the Flow-Pro pipes made in Red Deer.

I was thinking of someone else doing the install for me.. I'm don't have a mig or the skills to weld it properly.
