Unbelievable it is not,
when dealerships are using first year apprentices as their computer techs because the older guys have not, will not or cannot learn the new stuff properly it makes me wonder.

 

And these are the clowns that determine if I get warranty on my $50K investment? Give me a break!

Ya that is scary. I bet its a common issue. My dealership has to look at my serial number prior to informing if I use power steering fluid or ATF for the steering gearbox. Make you wonder what the dodge design engineers where thinking.
