Never sublet a industrail bay
well i got in to my place of work on last friday to found that my locks had been changed , now i sublet this unit have all the right paper work with the lanlord all that stuff , i was paying my money for the lease every month to the landlord and i was up to date ,BUT the guy that holds the lease on my unit and the one next to it was not paying the lease every month and was behind 25g , so i got kicked out on the 13th of the month this month payed up till the 30th , and only had two days to move my things out two days from 8-4pm . i can tell you that it's really hard to clean out a 3600sqft repair shop in two days , . now i am lossing jobs every day and have no ways to work because some Edit head didnt want to pay his rent payment , be worned

Sorry to hear that Rob.
Now that the Landlord has evicted the lead tenant the whole space is vacant and losing him (the landlord) money. You should see if he will lease it to you directly, he knows you pay your bills. He probably had to evict you and the leaseholder as a matter of contract law. If it is just sitting there now..... maybe you can get him to do a few of those leaseholds you wanted to compensate for the inconvenience?
