There must be several different flanges on external gate. Best is to do a search on the internet and see whats available.

I have two to three kicking around my place Luke. What size you looking for? You can get them pretty cheap off ebay.

I'll take a pic of mine this week for ya.

Turbo side of my motor looks like a grade 7 chemistry experiment with waterlines, boost/drive pressure tubes to the wastegate. Looks funny

I would get Brett to build you an manifold with an external gate. Its probably the easiest way and you'll get decent exhaust flow thru the gate that way. The flange style is the easiest gate to weld in. I have three here if you want to borrow one or buy one. Tial 38mm, and two 50mm sizes.

What turbo you going with? If you need a T4 flange, you can easy just weld that instead of than the tiny T3 flange that we get stuck with.

Here is a beautiful example of an external gate.
Not quite sure if it is what you were looking for.

That's what I got it comes with all the flanges needed and a couple different spring setups.
Has a price tag but your not nickel and dimed trying to source flanges and clamps

mike, i've got a fire ring head on a truck on its way to montana right now. some studs and the top end will be taken care of. while I'm swapping the head might be time for a camshaft too.

but not before this big truck gets sorted out.

Turbine inlet flange is different bolt pattern than the standard.

Luke, which cam you going to run? I'll probably order a cam myself shortly. It would be interested to see how your cam works out. The 181/210 stage 3 cam sure works nice in Tate's ride. Getting Brett to build you a manifold cut with that flange, with a few extra 90's, you have a external gate, that will flow exhaust decently.

Hate too ask, what you doing for a injection pump? 13mm stuff 800-900cc's would be killer power

the pump i got on there now is going to have to be good enough for now. the II dragon Fly pump now with zero plate, laser cut DVs, and the big sticks.

ya kenny the flange is like T4o or T4e or something like that. its big, but doesnt match up to the standard T4 footprint.
