How many cc's has the pump been benched at? Are the barrells been fully turned up? Been learning a few things about these pumps lately. I'm just building up a 215 913 pump, that been benched for max flow. I want to see if these 5 gsk's work out, as that a easy mod. Might mess around with the gov weights, so I can get decent fueling up to 6k. Just a few little tricks will make a big difference. Who's sticks you going with?

I've got DPP 4 in it already. i don't think its been bench flow set. although that might be a good trick for down the road.

Wow, you going be making some decent power this year. I'm just throwing together what ever I have available this year. I'm getting a set of 7 hole sticks custom built for my 24v P pump conversion, should be over the 300 HP size. Same goes for the delivery valves. I plan to rev the engine till 6k a few times at the track this year.

Just some used Jammer 4's and new DPP 150's. I'm sending out a few 24v and 12v cores to be tweaked some for maximum fueling. I hope to get a few track passes video taped for everyone to check out this year. We hope to run well into the 9's by Blackout event. I have a truck number for Race City bracket racing this year. By next year, I hope to own the pro street catergory for div 6

Luke I have the T4i Flange drawn properly now, for some reason we ended up at 3.75" bolt spacing vs the 3.5" it needed to be. If you would like me to have one cut let me know.

Do you still have the flange that was cut wrong?

Hey. I sure do have the wrong cut one still. we'll have to meet up for sure. I'm going to have to have an external gate on this turbo though.

I for sure like you to get one proper cut for one of your magic manifolds. but it will have to be thick enough to mill out a wastegate port. oval-ish like those E.D. ones. so one can squish a tube and weld it in.

Maybe on Monday evening I will take a break from the ranger and Tate's dually, and do a quick fab up on one of mikes manifolds that is already done, (but without external gate) just so people can visualize what I am talking about.

Hey guys I was working on my external gate for my new turbo set-up. I want to get some of your guys thoughts on this set-up.

First off I using an external gate with 1/8npt pressure ports top/bottom. I have a 8lb spring install. Its a flange style.

Ok, I pressurize the bottom of the gate with air. The gate is open fully by 10psi and partally open by 5psi, but really easily goes open with any extra air pressure. I'm have install a pressure regulator on the supply pressure, so I can adjust the pressure, that fixes the early openning pressure of the gate, but the valve goes open way to fast. I could put in a stiffer spring, but I'm lazy and want more adjustable control. I tried to crank/tighten up the tensioning spring, but its still to fast openning for me.

Ok, time to try something different. So here in this picture, I just using a pressure reg on the top. There is no pressure reg on the supply. I have control but its pretty sloppy, and not a fine detailed control as I want and need for this gate.

I think that I'm going to have get another adjustable pressure reg and try to run a reg on the bottom pressure tap and one for the top of gate. Anybody have any other ideas?

I forgot to mention that the pressure regulator is the picture for the top is used as a flow restrictor, basically its open but restricts air pressure.
