The pulley for your damper would simply need a spacer behind it, to work with your configuration, if the damper is deeper than stock.
much better idea to move the bracket forward (or make a new one) to clear the dampner.

the drive pulley is held onto it's shaft with a set screw. the other end of the shaft is reverse threaded into a machined piece which bolts to the dampner.

i would imagine you could purchase either mechanical pump and modify it to work with your setup. might take some time and effort to get it right - but once it's right, it's done.

kevin, do you have the diagrams on the MITUSA plumbing/kit? they are floating around on here somewhere - if you can't find them or have them - i can email it to you and then you can compare it to GDP's setup. from looking at the two - you would surely be able to figure out the plumbing on your truck.

How come Shane? He has been pretty good with me so far, not that I have bought anything from him, but he phones me every once and awhile just to chat and see what I think of things.

I think I have found the solution to my problems, I found a AirDog II 240 on comp d,, that I have just picked up

forwarded the diagram/documents to your email kevin.

it sounds like you may be better off going the electric route with that airdog 240. i think it will save you a few headaches in getting the initial fuel system set up.

I was just going to suggest this AD. If you talk to Charlie, maybe they'll tweak one for you as well.
