Donkey Power. Engine build getting out of control.
I would say you need higher 6-7k rpm gov springs. 13mm pump, drop 2k lbs, but of course then you would have to fly cut the pistons. Get a bigger cam. Then those twins would be too small.
I just mocked up a set of S366 over a T-88, its easy, throw in a decent size gate. Spray some drugs.
It would be one fast truck buddy. Can I go for a ride?
I can dream big ehh...I would trash what you have, and build again. Sell the old motor, then build the next one. 12v stuff is pretty decently priced, vs the new stuff. After that its just brains, sweat and dollars.

I got no brains or dollars it seems! As for decently priced..... Just off the top of my head I am now probably almost 10,000 into this motor....
I think that is why it is taking me so long to build.
Just thinking of all the stuff I have bought for it so far.....
Camshaft & lifters.
4k gsk
Twins.
Rings
bearings
pistons
Water pump!
Fluid damper
Ats exhaust manifold
913 injection pump
ddp 4 injectors
Valve springs
intercooler boots
Boost gauge 0-100psi.
Lots of little odds and ends.....
May have forgot some stuff, who knows.

And as for another motor, the guy who is helping me on this build is almost begging me to take an industrial 12v out of his shop with 6 hours on it..... I think I will take him up on that offer! There was something wrong with the cooling system on it and it melted out cyl #3.
Get that 12v motor. Free. wow.
It don't take long to push up the dollars. Let me know what you think of those twins. I think it will make you smile.
I have a new set-up a GT3788 over a S475, just about done. I have almost $3.5k just in turbos and stuff. I figure that I could get her done in 1-2 build days. Just kinda nervous on how good my head gasket is. My injectors mach 6'rs haven't been cleaned yet and I've been on the fence on trying a NOS set-up. Its been almost two years now.

What kinda of material would you use if you went the SBC route? I was told that stainless wouldn't take the abuse of plus 1500 deg's pulls, but I could hopefully be wrong.
Are the SBC valves the same length and diameter?

dvst8r, the area on the top of the valve (where the retainer goes), is it heat treated. If its not, you could just trim on a lathe. I bet there is some kinda of way that they work that area as there is lots of stress on square corners of the cut. The valve tops could just pop off on a high rpm pull.
I am not certain. I just know that it is very common practice to use the intake valves as upgrades. Also a number of people machine for the 11/32 valve stem so you can use SBF valves, but the factory valves are already shrouded by the cylinder so there is only so much benefit going bigger.
