A few more things done.... got the rocker arm pedestals machined by .200 the o-rings completely installed and I have never seen o-rings installed before, but I am totally pumped with the quality of my workmanship! LOL Got the pump on, now just have to time it up, and the next big thing is to finish up the porting on the head. And as for the studs, I just got the arp 12mm 625's.

I might be happy with 50 psi..... that means no restrictions! Or lack of fuel.

Swamp, you'll have fuel to spin to at least 80psi. So what did Harry put into the pump? Any secerts? Its gonna be a fast truck. So what did you go with for injectors? I want to see how well that camshaft works for ya?

I dont think I am going any more than the recommended 125 or 135..... And as for injectors funny you ask, I was talking injectors with Harry today. I have not done a whole bunch of research on injectors at all. But he was recommending the 140 Horsepower injectors by Dynomite Diesel Performance. No trick pump work at all...... Just a stock 913 pump with my 191 dv and fuel plate and 4k gsk. I kept my stock 180 hp pump in case I want to make a stupid pump.

DDP 3 or 4's, or go with F1's. Tate 12v truck has them and it works pretty nice for an almost stock truck. I think that its worth the extra money to get that little extra cleaner power. Harry might say to use the stock 215 or 370 injector, which is are good choices. The should injector nozzle should be edm cleaned up, it helps, but that cost $$$

You could run like Bigd4500 truck, has run the second gen sticks with a CR connector tube 24V head and use VP injectors (Haisley sells the tubes). Then get a 24V P pump injector line swap kit. I would get the larger the size diameter tubes if you want more HP. Of course you have to adjust the pop pressure for the P pump. Then you could also go larger on the diameter of injector lines, but then you'll have a race truck.

John, use those 625's, if you are only going to 125 then you might as well stay with stock or 2000's. Most guys are taking the 625's to 160 to even as much as 180. I know that I am really going to clamp mine down when I get to that point.
