After many, many hours of porting, I am done..... What a job that is. Now wonder people want thousands to port a head and people pay it! LOL

It does look pretty good though.

I can only imagine the hours for porting, I have seen a 12v head done, and it was 32lbs lighter after porting...

So buddy, did you lite the monster yet? I want to see what you think of that BTH-3B, when it lites up, you look at the guage, you see 80 psi of boost.

Sorry about the quality of pics.... The 1st one is how much I removed just trying to match up the gaskets. The second pic was just after I did some work to it. The top side was not done yet, I did all six after I flipped the head. Sorry about the crackberry pics. Will try to get some better ones later. After the polishing is done!

Wow, what a difference. Just port matching to the exhaust manifold looks like real improvement.

Just today I ordered up a set of DDP 4's. And I talked a bit with Harry about porting and milling of the intake. Now I ask the fine guru's of abdtr#5 if milling off the intake for a custom one and doing a little porting on the intake side of things is really going to help that much. I was told that most gains would be on the exhaust side. For what I am doing, would all the extra work and costs be worth it?????

But I do have the idea of my own intake manifold cover/air horn hook-up with a big honkin intake and no manifold heaters..... What say you?
