Whats the price you want to pay? Princess Auto sometimes gets some quality jacks in with the rest. I didn't get a really heavy duty one, its aluminum framed.

I use the aluminum 2T (I think?) jack for my tire rotations on the 12V. I use it quite regularly and it doesn't seem to have a problem. Easy to maneuver too when you are on your back.

I used to have a 2.25t jack I carried around. Did fine with the dually. But after 7 years of riding around in the back of my trucks, the seals finally had enough and wouldn't lift very much. I'd get a 3t if I was gonna leave it at home, but a smaller one will work just fine to pack around. The front end of these trucks are around 4200 lbs (mine weighed 1970kg), so for just lifting one side of the truck, it should be ample.

I have a Black Jack 3 ton that i got a Costco like 10 years ago. works great still, I've abused the heck out of it. its sat out side a couple winters when I didn't have a garage even. its big and heavy though I don't like packing it around.
