6.7 electric fan options
A guy i work with has an '08 5500 and has been having issues with the stock fan/clutch rubbing on his V-MAC pulley and chewing itself appart. Has anyone run an electric fan set-up on the 6.7's, with a part number???
Thanks

If he has the option, change the vmac pulley position, not the fan.
Vmac is a great underhood unit, but their drive systems leave a LOT to be desired.

Is this truck towing heavy? IIRC, the flex-a-lite fans weren't for trucks that towed heavy, as they don't flow nearly as much as the stock fan does. That might not be as much of an issue here where it doesn't get terribly hot, but something to consider nonetheless.
