Warranty 2" Spacer

Dealer told me today that if I have a non MOPAR 2" level spacer installed, it will void my suspension (all components), engine and (and possibly) interior, ecm's, accessories, etc. virtually everything.

Is there any truth to this? This is madness. What about the Magnuson Moss Act?

You said it yourself. Print a copy and take it to them and then see what they say. It is unfounded and the burden of proof lies on the manufacture to prove that the 2 inch level spacer caused any issues with your suspension or anything else they try to claim

Go to a different dealer. My dealer installs 2'' leveling spacers on every truck they get in (and honors the warranty of course). I don't think they are Mopar either...

Person over represented himself. I will be having a meeting next week. I don't take well with unprofessionalism and scare tactics. People are crazy, so hard to find good customer/trained service anymore. But you are correct, that is what I'll do if they don't treat me like a present/future customer.

**I have scoured their 16 billion page warranty provisions, conditions and exclusions and can't find anything. Maybe I am missing something, but I doubt it.

That's why I've gone over the hill for my last three trucks. Can't stand the "local" dealer. Bunch of jack-wagons.
