As for when it will arrive, I assume that is just a waiting game. I would try contacting dodge through the ramtrucks.com website contact link and ask them if they can gather any info on when your truck will be shipped to the dealer. Doesn't sound like your dealer is worth a %&#$ either.
I believe it typically takes 6weeks to get your vehicle when building it
How did you get the VIN # already if your truck is being built? The vin # has codes and stuff that tell you what your truck is equipped with.

Call this number and ask about the order status of your truck,they will transfer you and have your vin#.THe phone#is 1-800-423-6343

The dealer can pull up your order and give you the VIN number. My dealer gave me the VIN less than a week after I placed the order. Once you have the VIN you can track it on this site:

If you ordered it a month ago and still don't have a VIN assigned, there is a problem. I ordered mine August 1, and August 8 it was scheduled for build. The VIN was assigned a few days before when it went into "C" status.

i just talked to ram again, this time they called the dealer and then she called me back. the von is correct and it's been ordered and everything is good, just no vin yet. it's what i ordered, but hey i'm picky. guess i'll have to wait
