After picking my 2011 up I looked underneath and the undercoating and rust proofing hadn't been done. I dropped back at the dealer and they didn't take my word for it so they had a look and sure enough.. They then booked the truck in to have it done. This past weekend my son and I were installing a Reese class 5 hitch and a B&W gooseneck hitch on his truck and sure enough we cut the 4 inch hole and there's no undercoating on it. I scramble underneath and it's never been near the undercoating shop. Same dealer, too much of a coincidence!!! Just wondering how many people check to see if their truck WAS actually done. Undercoating and rustproofing can cost quite a bit of money, a great way for the dealer to make a little .

 

Same thing happened to me, thats why I got 400 bucks back. HaHa
