changing sirius to xm on factory radio

Has anyone looked into changing service over to xm and keeping the factory head unit?

I have a couple other vehicles with xm and want to "bundle" subscriptions.

Plus I want to listen to MLB game in my new rig!

I dont think this is possible. The antennas are close enough in frequency that they will cross from one to the other.

However, the programming in the radio itself, short of having a custom program coded, is a no go.
