what level should i set my injection timing at?
I just got my mini max for my 2010 . it has 5 levels of injection timing 1 being lowest 3 being default or stock 5 being most aggressive. is it hard on the injectors on 5? or will it build too much egt? or just turn it all the way up and roll

Unless you have other supporting mods, such as ARP head studs and fuel mods, I would keep it at the default level. That is where I keep mine and when I'm easy on the throttle, I'll squeeze out about 20mpg to/from work (around 70 miles round trip).

H&S stock tunes are heavy on timing so keep default and I personally would also not go above tow mode. I have MCC on mine and it runs awesome. 40psi boost out of stock turbo. no studs (my tuner is running a S475 @ 50 plus psi boost with no studs and ZERO issues).
