what level should i set my injection timing at?

I just got my mini max for my 2010 . it has 5 levels of injection timing 1 being lowest 3 being default or stock 5 being most aggressive. is it hard on the injectors on 5? or will it build too much egt? or just turn it all the way up and roll[laugh]

Unless you have other supporting mods, such as ARP head studs and fuel mods, I would keep it at the default level. That is where I keep mine and when I'm easy on the throttle, I'll squeeze out about 20mpg to/from work (around 70 miles round trip).

H&S stock tunes are heavy on timing so keep default and I personally would also not go above tow mode. I have MCC on mine and it runs awesome. 40psi boost out of stock turbo. no studs (my tuner is running a S475 @ 50 plus psi boost with no studs and ZERO issues).

also my custom MCC tune that I am running pulling my 15k toy hauler at 90mph uphill gaining speed, EGT's never got hotter than 1230 degrees.
