So quite a few years ago I was on this site multiple times a day. Had an 04.5 with compound turbos, injectors, o ringed head, Smarty TNT, exhaust, custom trans with Goerend TC, and probably more I'm forgetting. It was a bad *** ride.

Well, I lost that truck in a divorce in 2010 and haven't been on this site since.

Yesterday I bought a 2012 2500 with 28k miles. I have a TON of reading and searching to do to get back up to speed on these things. Would you guys forgive a couple questions that I'm sure have been hashed to death but that I'd like pretty quick answers to without spending the next two months reading posts.

Can I get 315s under the front without a leveling kit without issues and will recalibrating for that tire size cause any issues? I'm seeing some things that may indicate I can't recalibrate like in the good old days.

Also, what kind of power will the 68fre tranny hold in stock form?
